case study – Superman Returns
National Screen were responsible for the distribution of Point Of Sale (POS) materials for the hugely successful Warner Bros film Superman Returns. As well as distributing thousands of theatrical quad posters to UK cinemas, National Screen also undertook the distribution of hanging banners and 6-Sheets posters - all of which were critical in raising cinema goers awareness of the movie. Distributing this material on time and accurately is critical to the Box Office success of a new film, and there is no room for mistakes when the release windows are so tight. Goods are often taken in, stocked and distributed within 24 hours and every item is securely packed and bar-coded to be traced on every stage of its journey throughout the UK and Ireland.
